 I can't imagine any human being over level 10, seeing as how the Daiz puts Goku there as a child, and Goku could take bullets to the head without them penetrating through his skull. Though, this may be a joke, it was a regularly occurring joke, making this pretty solid fact that PL of 10 is purty dang high.

has anyone ever stopped to think that maybe Trunks just bought his sword somewhere or something? There's nothing really special about it.

Well it did manage to slice Frieza into a shishkebab so it must've been packing more power than your average blade. Hell even Zelda's sword couldn't pull off that ****.

 Videl isn't as weak as you guys are making her out to be. She lost in the tournament because Spopovich was enhanced by Babidi and Dabura's magic.

Chuck Norris would be slightly stronger than a normal human. He is a top athlete, so his power level would reflect that. The Chuck Norris describe by the Chuck Norris Facts would be at Perfect Cell's level or higher, depending on the joke.

 Even if Gogeta had done the fusion dance with Gotenks he still wouldn't be as strong as Chuck Norris.

Chuck Norris is no normal Human, He is... i can´t even say the word without my fingers burning away, So let me explain it to you like this, Chuck Norris could kill Gogeta SSJ 4 by saying "BEGON".
